1. Purpose of the Service

This publication shares content related to:

- Photography

- Personal stories

- Photo history and commentary on photography books

- Educational materials (current or future)

- Selected unpublished photographs by the author

The Service is created and maintained by the author, a photographer based in Switzerland and an employee of the Swiss National Museum of Photography. All views expressed here are personal and do not represent the institution.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All photographs, texts, educational materials, and any other content published through this Service are protected by international copyright laws.

You agree to the following restrictions:

- No reproduction, copying, distribution, or modification of any content without explicit written permission.

- Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless a written licensing agreement is obtained.

- Redistribution or reposting of paid or free content—including newsletters, essays, and images—is not permitted.

- Subscriptions do not grant ownership or usage rights to any content.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

If the Service offers paid subscriptions:

- Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually through Substack’s payment system.

- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
